Hey guys, I just gotten into the interest of 3d printing. I'm gonna be renting a 3d printer most likely, just wanted to ask how many spools do you go through for example a glock? Tryna keep my costs as low as I can haha.

Thanks in adavance!

1 spool should be enough I think. Printing MP40 now, that's much bigger than a pistol, seems 1 spool is enough for it.

I think depends on the setting you are planning for your print too but it's always good to have more materials XD tho you don't wanna unseal the new ones early coz it may get damp and that's not good.
but for a glock 1 roll of filament would be enough

You shouldn't unseal the new ones if you don't plan on using them, becaouse there is a vacuum inside the bag, that keeps them dry.
But if your spool is moist put it in the oven at 60° degrees celsius for 2 hours, that should fix it.
