Something small. The biggest mistake I made was going large on my first printer, specifically the Folger Tech FT-6. It's massive and I still can't get the darn thing to work. My biggest advice is to buy a small, maybe a medium-sized printer like the prusia I-3, buy from a reputable company with active customer service and maybe even a forum, and learn how printers work. Watch tutorials, watch guides, read forums. Do your research. The biggest mistake I made was jumping in headfirst and not dipping my toes in.

Ender3 V2 is better then ender3 or 3 pro. Its a nice printer for beginner since it is widely used enough to find most solutions to printing issue, and simple enough that a beginner can fix it.
Also that is the best budget choice too.

But if you want something higher quality, easier to use but harder to fix, try Prusa Mini.

ender3 is good for beginner . if you go smaller like monoprize mini v2 ,you can only print stuff from 120 MM.
